Frequently asked questions

Everything you may want to know before joining.

Access, worldwide availability, time zones, replays, billing, coaching, cancellation, privacy and what Nuria is not.

Who is Nuria for?+

Nuria is for adult women seeking clear women’s-health education, live conversation, community and non-clinical support across life stages—including PCOS and hormonal health, fertility preparation, perimenopause and menopause.

Are Nuria sessions medical care?+

No. Nuria provides education, coaching and community. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe or replace care from a licensed clinician, and it is not psychotherapy or emergency care.

Where can women join from?+

Nuria is founded in Canada and designed for virtual access worldwide. Every session runs online, so you can join from anywhere with an internet connection.

How do I join a live session?+

Members receive a private joining link by email before each session. For the free October 7, 2026 conversation, register once and your joining details arrive by email.

What about time zones?+

Session times are published in Eastern Time (Toronto) alongside guidance for other regions, and confirmed times are sent by email. Replays exist so a difficult time zone never means missing the learning.

Are live sessions recorded?+

Most educational sessions are planned for member replay access, organized by journey and topic. Private one-to-one sessions and sensitive community conversations are never published as public recordings.

How does membership billing work?+

Memberships are billed monthly in USD at the price shown on the membership page, and taxes may apply depending on your location. Founding rates stay locked while a membership remains continuously active.

Can I cancel my membership?+

Yes. Membership is monthly and you can cancel anytime, with access continuing through the end of your current billing period. There is no annual commitment.

How does one-to-one coaching work?+

Nuria Guided includes four private 30-minute sessions each month, usually one per week. Nuria Personal includes six private 45-minute sessions each month with deeper planning. Sessions are educational and goal-focused, never clinical.

Do I need a diagnosis to take part?+

No. Many women join precisely because they do not yet have clear answers. Sessions are designed to help you understand what may be happening and prepare better questions for qualified care.

How is my information handled?+

Registration and contact details are used to run sessions and, if you opt in, to send Nuria updates. Please do not share diagnoses or medications in forms or community spaces. Our privacy policy explains the details.

What if I need urgent help?+

Nuria is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis service in your location now.
